Sometimes the COACH needs to be coached. This is what was needed for me. Coach Mattie is not only a certified specialist she is a dear friend to me. She was able to assist me with overcoming the ability to progress in my professional career. She assisted me in providing ways to overcome my fear of advancement as well as encouragement along the way.

I struggled with finding balance between being there for my love one & selling myself short. Mattie then came to my rescue, she coached me in many ways where I thought I was uncoachable. She provided me with techniques to embrace the strong love that I give to others however allowing my SELF LOVE to spark more.

Coach Mattie is proof that transformation is real and possible. As my life coach I’ve learned from her to not beat myself up if I don’t accomplish all of my goals. Instead celebrate the small things I have accomplished and make a plan to tackle the others. Daily I strive to make small transformations in the area of goal development and accomplishment.

My biggest take away from the coaching is making sure I do a review of myself yearly or even monthly. Figuring out did I grow at all or did I slack up? The evaluation required me to look deep within and search for answers to see if I indeed stuck with the changes I said I would make or goals I intended to achieve for the year. I’m doing such I have learned a lot about myself and also determined even through the pandemic I did grow which shocked me! Who would have thought in the midst of adversity you could grow.
